1.食材。

2.豆腐切片。

4.把姜末、蒜末、辣椒酱、生抽、胡椒粉、白糖、鸡精、清水兑成碗汁备用。

5.平底锅放少许油烧热,均匀洒上适量盐。

6.放入豆腐煎,先不要动,晃动锅子感觉豆腐底部有硬度时翻面。

7.煎制豆腐两面金黄。

8.调入兑好的碗汁。
